שלי אברהם בכמ' משה קונשיו צלה"ה | פה ק"ק אלאסנדריאה Thanks to Fabrizio Quaglia for identifying the name of the owner and more details about this owner: He signed in Hebrew (that I translate: "G.d was pleased me to give and He gifted this [book] to me Avraham son of the honored mr. Mošeh Qonṣio of beloved memory Here in the community of Alessandria") two books (Navi’im aḥaronim and Navi’im rišonim, both printed in Venice, year 1568) now in the National and University Library of Turin (Hebr.I.6 and Hebr.I.7); so it is affirmed (and it was personally confirmed that's the same signature) in the website Libri ebraici a Corte (http://archiviodistatotorino.beniculturali.it/fe_fonti_dtl/?id=116 and http://archiviodistatotorino.beniculturali.it/fe_fonti_dtl/?id=117). Abram di Moise Conzio (even written Abramino di Moise Contio/de Contio/de Concii/Congio/Consio/de Consijs/Concijs) lived in Alessandria, years 1583-1597 (maybe was born in Alessandria: in 1573 a certain Avraham “de Concii” was imprisoned in this city with another local jew, but more probably he was from the region of Monferrato, Piedmont, like his family); he was a banker with two stores located in his house, who, I presume, because of his job moved in 1597 from here to San Salvatore Monferrato and Asti with his paternal nephew the rabbi Geršom Qonṣio. My source is my book Il recinto del rinoceronte, pages 72, 95-97, 100, 114; more details in Shomo Simonsohn, The Jews of the Duchy of Milan, passim.
