Martina Mampieri: I think the place must be identified with the Benedictine abbey of "S. Mariae Farfensis" (in Italian, Santa Maria di Farfa) located in Fara in Sabina (not far from Rome). More detail from Fabrizio Quaglia: "It was taken over by the Board of liquidators of the Ecclesiastical Axis on 9 September 1874 and it became dependent to the Ministry of Education on 20 December 1875. Closed for some years, the library reopened in the first decades of XX century with different material since most of the original had been moved in the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale of Rome, and today, after spending a renovation, is called Biblioteca del Monumento nazionale di Farfa. It is located in Farfa in Sabina near Rome (see websites MEI: https://data.cerl.org/owners/446; and Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali: http://www.librari.beniculturali.it/it/biblioteche-pubbliche-statali/visualizza-le-46- biblioteche/biblioteca/Biblioteca-Statale-del-Monumento-Nazionale-di-Farfa/)."- Owner
