- TU Rare Book Collection copy: Volume discovered carrying inserts of other prayers. The oldest insert is one in large block-lettered Hebrew on ragpaper, with a variant of the 'Prayer of the Cantor' (תפילת השליח צבור) inserted, ca. 1800. Other inserts include a table of contents, likely later; finally, an insert of the first paragraph of the general silent prayer ('Amidah), likely from another Mahzor.
