- Notes
- Tu Rare Book Collection copy: German lettering in the first paste-down, from a library inscribed-titling. The subject written is Chronik der jüd. Geschichte & Literatur. The main title was thought to be Adam but then crossed through (see the note in the note field by the imprint over decorated Adam). This is inherently a contradiction, because begining with Adam is Biblical-World history, not Jewish History. Numbered 7394, "erstsug. (erste-ausgebe, first print.) 1769. 18.-G.". These are likely Nazi Hebrew book-seizure related cataloging inscriptions.
