Chaim Meiselman 2-25-2018 answers Chaim Meiselman 06/02/17: The large stamp is the intake censor stamp put onto books after the usurpation of the Congress Poland (Krowalkie Polskie) by Nicholas I of Russia in 1830-31. The Polish letters and the emblem are integral to Poland before its overtaking, but it is the work of the Czar.
