On part 2, leaf 22/10b is mounted a bill of sale written and signed by "Gershom ben Moshe Soncino", printer." It was issued to one Moshe ben Shmuel Diena on 25th of Tevet (29 Dec. 1488), 1 leaf laid in. Has inscription, leaf 22/10a: the censor Luigi da Bologna, 1602. with passages struck-out. In part 1, leaf 1/1 in laid. Minor marginal ms annotation. According to A Library of Congress memo (Myron Weinstein to Fredrick Goff, July 22, 1963), this copy was in the possession of the Israelitisch-Theologische Lehranstalt . Weinstein mentions an article in the Soncino Blatter (v. 1, 1925-1926). According to this article it says "Sepher mitzvoth gadol, Soncino 1488, das sich im Besitz der Israelitisch-Theologischen Lehranstalt in Wien befindet", thus placing this copy in the Lehranstalt as late as 1926. There is a good chance that the buyer was the Israelitisch-Theologischen Lehranstalt.- Percent complete
