Binyamin Wolf Katz may his memory be a blessing, from Langenzenn Written this day, Thursday, 8 Iyyar, in the order “the daily offering is slaughtered at eight and a half” (Pesahim 5:8)= chronogram for the year תנב= 8 Iyyar 752= 24 April 1692 Was he the owner or only a viewer/reader? We are presuming ownership. (Another question-- he says he used this volume to learn Pesahim... are there marginalia that point to this cross-referencing?)- Owner
