Fabrizio Quaglia notes that this is the same inscription as in the Hovot ha-levavot now in Frankfurt (https://footprints.ctl.columbia.edu/footprint/18495/); copying his notes (which cite similar instances) below: “uisto erevuisto [for “e revisto”] non man[ca] Cosa alguna שלם ” (…
Fabrizio Quaglia notes that this is the same inscription as in the Hovot ha-levavot now in Frankfurt (https://footprints.ctl.columbia.edu/footprint/18495/); copying his notes (which cite similar instances) below: “uisto erevuisto [for “e revisto”] non man[ca] Cosa alguna שלם ” (“I controlled and controlled again anything is missing”; the transliterated cursive Hebrew word šalem means “complete”). I think that the writer was not a censor but a Jewish reader or bookseller. His calligraphy shows he was living in Italy at the beginning of XVIIth century but presumably came from Spain, since word “alguna” is Spanish for “alcuna” and above all that the script belongs to the XVIth century Sephardic world (a legacy of an earlier epoch that he maintained in his script). I found a 1567 Venetian book by Isaac Abrabanel with the same sentence in Hebrew Printed Books & Manuscripts. Selections from the Rare Book Room of The Jews’ College Library, London, Thursday, December 4th, 2003, New York, Kestenbaum & Co., 2003, lot 4, p. 10, and I saw the same line and script on the final page of a 1600 Venetian copy of Leḥem dimʻah by Šemu’el Uzida (Uceda) now located at St. Louis, Missouri, Washington University, Olin Library (Call: BS1535 .U24 1600). Baḥya b. Yosef ibn Paqudah, Abravanel and Uceda all of them were Sephardi Jews, also this could indicate that the author of the abovementioned remark shared the same origin.
