This copy of the second volume of the EY printed in Salonika (1516) is printed on parchment/vellum. I have not viewed a first edition yet on parchment. The title page is missing. Note that while David Frankel sold this copy, it was presented to JTS by Mortimer Schiff. It seems that Abraham Erlanger provided the funds for JTS to purchase this EY copy. The bookplate inside the book states that this was given at the "bequest of Abraham Erlanger." The newpaper American Hebrew, May 25, 1922 indicates that Erlanger had a relationship with Mortimer Schiff and Alexander Kohut.
