- Note that this imprint of the En Yaakov states that it contains the Kotnot Or on En Yaakov in the title. Also note that there is a family of names. Yishayah, the son of Benjamin Ze'ev who is a Mohel and Chazan seems, according to three different inscriptions in the same book, to have been associated with three communities--one in Prague (first page opposite title page), Worms (on margin on title page), and Frankfurt Am Main (end of EY before index). He also mentions his son Avraham and his children. The owner received this copy as a gift from Yishayah, but his name is illegible.
