The dedication reads, "Purchased from the Gift of Mrs. Alexander Kohut." She donated money over the years to Yale University library in honor of her stepson, George Alexander Kohut. This volume therefore may not have been in the collection of her husband, but may have been purchased at a later date by Yale. This volume may not have been part of Alexander Kohut's original collection. His wife donated funds and then Yale purchased this volume. She donated the money in memory of her stepson, George Alexander Kohut. There is one fly leaf at the beginning of the volume, but clearly it has been rebound.- Owner
