DNB entry on Lumley indicates that his library was at Nonsuch. He took up residence at Nonsuch Palace in 1559 (but also maintened residences in London and Lumley Palace). bound in with extant copy are many interleaved blank pages, presumably for note-taking.; however, all of these pages are blank. So it is not clear whether was this done by Lumley or later when rebound at St. A (binding of extant copy has St. A symbol and name) (note that rebinding was done late 19th or 20th century by Burns and Harris Ltd, Dundee--stamp on inside back cover, probably when the Typographical Collection was assembled from other collections.) last page (upside down in binding) has hand-written Latin translation of title page in an early modern hand, possibly the same hand as the writer of the "Ex Libris" at St. Salvator, possibly done by Lumley or his scribe. Note that this is the only book owned by Lumley as a former owner listed in St. A on-line cat. Moreover in the Jayne and Johnson edition of the 1609 Lumley inventory, this work is not listed and St Andrews is not listed as one of the libraries that received Lumley books.- Owner
