- Notes
- Information for this footprint comes from Fabrizio Quaglia: In the middle of the inferior side, the following Hebrew cursive signature appears, in a sixteenth-century Italian script, מודה אני ישעיה פריצול איך מכרתי זה הספר לכ"מ יעקב טיצאנו (“I Yeša‘yah Fariṣol affirm to have sold this book to the venerable teacher Ya‘aqov Ṭiṣano”). [Thanks are due to Yael Okun and Yakov Fuchs of the National Library of Israel for having corrected my slightly inaccurate reading of טיצאנו[.
