Thanks to Fabrizio Quaglia for identifying the Cyrillic here: Одобрено цензурою 1838го года генваря 11го день Виленский раввин Нoух Рабинович (“Approved by the censorship of January 11th, 1838. Rabbi from Vilnius Noah Rabinovich”); below round Russian faded stamp (double eagle with crown) Печать харьковского раввина (“Seal of the rabbi of Kharkiv”), and close to it red Yiddish stamp וויסנשאפטלעכר יידישר דעס פון ביבליאטעק אינסטיטוט”) Library of the Yiddish Scientific Institute”); on bottom Russian note одоброно [sic] цензурою Генваря 19 дня 1838 года Г. радашковичь раввин[ем?] Хаимъ Дафа [?] (“Approved by censorship January 19, 1838. Rabbi of the city of Radoshkovichi [Belarus] Chaim Dafa [?]”; Г. is short for Городской meaning “city”. [I thank Masha Sapp, Special Collections Catalog Librarian and Russian Studies Librarian at Washington University Library in St. Louis, Missouri, for improving my Russian transcriptions and translations] and his equivalent Russian upside down faded round stamp [like https://footprints.ctl.columbia.edu/footprint/10787/]. On the last page Russian note Одобренo цензурой 1837 года декабря 19 дня Бобруйский раввинъ (“Approved by the censorship of December 19, 1837. Rabbi of Babruysk [Belarus]”), last two words have been cancelled by one stroke of pen. Images of the Cyrillic notes are also in but their transcription is not fully correct.- Percent complete
