In the fly leaves of this copy of the En Ya'aqov there are several pages before and after that look like someone was missing the beginning and end pages and scribed in what was missing. We know that there copies of this edition floating around given its size and how many have been located at JTS, in Israel, in Toronto and at the University of Vienna. It is possible that one owner copied the material out from another copy. The material at the beginning appears to be selections from Yevamot. This copy also contains the tractates from Seder Nashim in addition to the tractates from Nezikin. Compare to volume 2, c.1 held at the JTS library.- Owner
