Additional notes and transcriptions from Fabrizio Quaglia: At the left side there is an owner’s note written in a XVIc. cursive Italian script: בהנו''א // זה טורים בכ''ר מנחם ברוך / כהן (“In the name of God we will become and succeed, amen. This Ṭurim [belongs to] the honorable son of Rabbi Menaḥem Baruk Kohen”. On the upper left side appears a XVIIIc. Italian script that I guess is זה החתך יש בו כל הצריך / לא כוחת ולא יתר (“This incision has all the necessary, neither strength nor excess”). Below of it was copied in a possible XVIIc. script the line אלה שמות בני ישראל הבאים (“These are the names of the sons of Israel, who came”) taken from Exodus, 1:1. On bottom of the printed verso of first folio there are the faded censors inscriptions: to the left, one can guess “Alix.” maybe followed by “Longus”, to the right surely “Alix[and]ro de carj reuedetor / adj 22 lulliu 1559”. Owner and censors are not recorded in אהל ברוך. Popper notes that Cari was in Pisa in 1559.- Owner
