Transcription and additional information from Fabrizio Quaglia: Below of it appears the statement in Italian “Io Sabbatto Jachia aff.[ermo] et obligo q[uant]o sopra”,in which the Jewish owner of this book attested he had knowingly read the above mentioned Peruzzotti’s note. The surname Jacchia derives from Hebrew Yaḥya; from North Africa and Iberian Peninsula since the late XVc. members of the family moved in Italy, mainly in Emilia. The proximity of the signature of Sabato Jacchia with Jaghel’s censorship in Lugo seems to reveal his geographical origin, in addition F. Peruzzotti was active in Lugo around the same period of time (see https://data.cerl.org/owners/00021997), however I didn’t find S. Jacchia named with certainty in any XVIIIth century Jewish records of Lugo known to me- Owner
