- This copy is 2 parts in 1 volume ; 29 cm (folio); White linen. It would appear that Otto Vollbehr owned two copies of the Sefer Mitzvot Gadol (Soncino, 1488) at the same time, albeit briefly. This copy was sold to Henry Huntington, sometime in 1926, when Vollbehr was visiting the United States in order to find a buyer for his collection. Henry Huntington was looking to develop a respected academic research library and thus bought400 duplicates for $1,250,000, which included this copy of the SMaG.
