the Stamp "Exchanged with E.N. Adler Copy" is found in several volumes formerly owned by Samuel Schoenblum which were acquired by JTS at some point and deaccessioned after the acquisition of Elkan Nathan Adler's collection on 1923. Note that Baruch Strauss misreads the S.S. Stamp in this volume as referring to Solomon Schechter. Based on Y. Iakerson's Catalog of the Hebrew Incunabula from the Collection of the Library of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, , v.1, pp. 175 (44a), the S.S stamp is that of Lemberg book-dealer Samuel Schoenblum. The stamp is also pictured in the 1997 Kestenbuam catalog of duplicates from the JTS library. see for example lots 41, 114.- Owner
