The volume contains two sets of photocopies: (1) fol. 10/9v (made from the copy in the Vatican Library), which Ohly and Sack, Inkunabelkatalog (Frankfurt 1967), no. 2623, had believed empty; (2) fols. 13/2r-v, 13/4r-v, and 15/3r-v (made from a microfilm). As noted in pencil on the respective photocopy, fol. 13/4r-v was in fact extant in the Frankfurt copy (″überflüssig, da vorhanden″). Ohly and Sack had erroneously stated that it was missing.
