He notes that the Hebrew name Matsliah is often called Prospero in Italian. In the census of Jews living in Siena in 1612 is recorded a “Prospero Semilino” who is 45 years, his family consists of his wife Sarrà (Sara) 35, and his sons Isaac 13, Ana (Anna) nine, Iudita five, David three, see NARDO BONOMI, Un censimento degli ebrei di Siena, “Materia Giudaica”, XIV, 2009, 1-2, pp. 488, 490, 492; P. Semilino (also Semilini) was still living in 1633 when as a member of the council of his community he was charged with seeking witnesses to resolve a legal dispute, see CECIL ROTH, The Memoirs of a Siennese Jew (1625—1633), “Hebrew Union College Annual”, V, 1928, pp. 374-375, 377-378, 394-395, 397-398.
