- ″Geschenk von Professor Dr. Abraham Berliner in Berlin 1899.″ In addition, while the Stadtbibliothek accession number 658/5 is the one given to the books formerly in Berliner's collection that were acquired for the library by a group of donors in 1899, the present volume, as a gift from Berliner himself, was given the unique accession number 659/5.

- Contrary to Ohly/Sack, Inkunabelkatalog (Frankfurt 1967), no. 1806, this is neither the copy formerly owned by Abraham Merzbacher nor that formerly owned by Wilhelm Carl von Rothschild. While Freimann, Die hebräischen Inkunabeln der Stadtbibliothek (Frankfurt 1920), p. 131, mentions that both collections had included the book, this copy entered the Stadtbibliothek from another source, as is evident from its accession number (659/5, not 1135/6 or 128/8).
