Notes: It's most likely that he stamped this book while he was leading Fürth’s Alt-Neuschul. Based on a biography on R. Yehudah (Leo) Breslauer in Kestenbaum's catalog (here: https://us.bidspirit.com/ui/lotPage/source/catalog/auction/7978/lot/116078/BRESLAUER-LEO-JEHUDA-Rabbi-in?lang=en) we learn that he was appointed to this position in 1923. He brought this copy to the US and it was purchased by the present owner by a dealer who purchased it from his family.
