I acquired this arba ve-esrim [ i.e. the Hebrew Bible] for 40 from the widow of Mr. Elkayam AS: top of page is written 40,0 which is likely a recording of the price mentioned in this inscription. Almost the same inscription in a similar hand is written at the bottom of this page also. The name also appears to be Judah ben Moses Masef (or something similar).- Owner
