On fols. [iv 3 - v 3 (31-41)] the outer and bottom margins were cut off (some text was damaged). msNote: On fol. [1]r: נדפס סביב לשנת ר"מ עי' רשימת צעדנער ע' 591, בסוף ס' שמות נמצא: נעתק ע"י עובדיה ומנשה ובנימין מרומא (=printed near to the year 240 [1480], see the list of Zedner p. 591, at the end of Exodus appears: copied by Obadiah and Manasseh and Benjamin from Rome). At the end (fol. [240]r) a note written by pencil about a text in the pericope Vayelekh (Deut. 31).
