Here is what can be deciphered so far: ספר הלז שייך לבית מדרשו של בעל ביתי הקצין והנדיב כ(?)ר אברהם שניאור יצ"ו כאן פירטא כוח(?) שמי נאם דוד יצחק בר ברוך זל"הה ממקת מ__ צשקין דארץ =Abraham Schneuer was the son of Solomon Schnuer, family of printers in Furth in late 17th century. See EJ2, s.v. Fuerth: Jews dispersed from Furth during thirty Years War, returned in 1670s; re printing: "Hebrew printing was begun in Fuerth in 1691 by S.S.
