There are four mentions of the Augsburg Tur in the Perishah. All four are in the areas of damages with regard to partners in ownership (Hilkhot 'Arev, Hilkhot Nizke shekhenim, and Hilkhot Shutafim ba-karka'ot) and each mention is one of R. Falk searching for answers regarding variant texts, even mentioning (in the second source) the strength of the texts of the Augsburg Tur because of the emendation and edition by R. Abraham of Prague. Why and how a great sage in one of the heydays of Hebrew Printing in Poland preferred the Augsburg Tur over the other editions shows the importance of the edition and the lasting impression it made to Ashkenazic scholars.
