Simon Iakerson in his Catalogue of Hebrew Incunabula from the collection of the Jewish Theological Seminary, vol. 2, p. 361 records that the owner was Iseppo Novara, from Novara, which was near Milan. It appears in Hebrew and Italian. Note that the Jews were expelled from Milan in 1597 by King Phillip II of Spain. Jews migrated to Mantua where we know this volume could be found due to a censor's mark and a date found inside the copy. See later footprint for this copy. According to Iakerson, there are two owner's inscriptions on folio 1b that read: "א - שלי יוסף נויירה; ב - Iseppo Novara" See Flora Cassan, "The Last Expulsion in Europe: Milan 1565-1597," AJS Review 38:1 (2014), 59-88. From Fabrizio Quaglia: It’s impossible that one of of its owners Iseppo Novara was alive in 1492 because his Italian signature is identical in an autograph list of three pages [see images] that was compiled on May 20th 1605 in Mantua by order of censor Dominico Gerosolimitano; as You can detect here . He is no. 414 in the archival document titled Liste di libri ebraici posseduti da comunità o privati. According to this list Iseppo (modern Italian Giuseppe) owned a broken copy of “iore deà” (so it is written in Italian, to the left margin is reported its Hebrew title), maybe as usual Gerosolimitano returned it to him but since there is no place and year of printing indicated in the above mentioned list so I don’t know if it’s the same JTS Inc.
