Note that the commentary, Kaf Nahat, was authored by Isaac ben Solomon Gabbai and printed in Constantinople (Istanbul) in 1643. Also see Marvin Heller's, Printing of the Talmud: A History of Individual Treatises Printed from 1700, p. 328, including note 1. Information this literary work can be found there as it relates to what Houghton Library at Harvard owns. Interestingly, there are parshiyot from Vayikra that serve as headings for the commentary found on the outside columns. This was because the printers wanted to ensure that one did weekly study of mishnah. The titles of the parshiyot served as a calendar of sorts. Also note that this volume of Mishnah was printed with Nikkud.
