BELENKY Moisey Solomonovich (* 1910 in der Provinz Dubrovna Goretsky u. Mogilev), Literaturkritiker, Publizist. Er absolvierte Heb. Heiraten Schule, studierte in Minsk ped. Technikerschule. Im Jahr 1932 absolvierte er Heb. dep. Moskau ped. in-das. Da war ein Reh. Theater. Studios in Mosk. Heb. t-re (GOSET). Er unterrichtete Philosophie, arbeitete als Redakteur. im Verlag "Der Emes". 1944 erschien seine erste Ausgabe in diesem Verlag. Buch "Acosta, Spinoza, Maimon." 1949 wurde er verhaftet und zu zehn Jahren Gefängnis verurteilt. Erschienen 1954. Autor des Buches: "Spinoza", 1964; Judentum, 1966; 2nd ed., 1974; Die Tragödie von Uriel Acosta, 1968; Die Mythologie der Bibel, 1977; Was ist der Talmud, 1976; "Literarisches Porträt" ("Literarische Porträts"), 1980 usw. Die Arbeiten von B. auf dem Gebiet des Judentums hatten eine ausgeprägte Zusammenstellung und einen tendenziösen Charakter. Er war auch in der Spur beschäftigt. War der Compiler der Sammlung. op. Sholem Aleichem auf Russisch lang. (1971-1974) sowie Sammlung von Werken. Sholem Aleichem - Mann und Schriftsteller (1984). Seit 1991 in Israel.

Моск. пед. ин-та. Был дир. театр. студии при моск. евр. т-ре (ГОСЕТ). Преподавал философию, работал ред. в изд-ве «Дер эмес». В 1944 в этом изд-ве вышла его перв. кн. «Акоста, Спиноза, Маймон». В 1949 был арестован и приговорен к десяти годам заключения. Освобожден в 1954. Автор кн.: «Спиноза», 1964; «Иудаизм», 1966; 2-е изд., 1974; «Трагедия Уриэля Акосты», 1968; «Мифология Библии», 1977; «Что такое Талмуд», 1976; «Литерарише портретн» («Литературные портреты»), 1980 и др. Работы Б. в области иудаизма носили ярко выраженный компилятивный и тенденциозный характер. Занимался также пер. Был составителем собр. соч. Шолом-Алейхема на рус. яз. (1971–1974), а также сб. «Шолом-Алейхем – человек и писатель» (1984). С 1991 в Израиле.
