Bildung durch Integration von prof. und allgemeine kulturelle Ausbildung junger Arbeitnehmer. Seit 1973 arbeitet er in Leningrad. Zustand Akademie der Kultur. Er schuf eine Schule für angewandte Kulturwissenschaften. Autor von mehr als 250 Publikationen zu den Problemen der Kulturwissenschaften und der Bildung.
