LINER David Ilyich (* 1909 in Litin, Provinz Podolsk), Metallexperte. Dr. Tech. Naturwissenschaften, prof. (1957). Bruder A.I. und V. I. Linerov. Abschluss in Moskau. in-t tsv. Metalle und Gold (1937), ab 1938 unterrichtete er dort. Der Schöpfer einer neuen Richtung in der Technologie zur Gewinnung von Metallen und Legierungen unter Berücksichtigung der Wirkung kleiner Additive und Verunreinigungen auf die Eigenschaften der erhaltenen Materialien. Unter dem Arm. L. schuf 1952 eine neue Legierung SKM (sowjetisches Cuprox-Kupfer). Richtung von tr. - Forschung. Struktur galvanisch abgeschiedener Legierungen, Struktur und Eigenschaften von Halbleitern. Materialien, Katalysatorlegierungen chem. Reaktionen, Texturen von Metallen und Legierungen, Struktur und Technologie der Herstellung von Mikrozink für Polygraphen. Industrie, Technologie zur Herstellung von Bimetallen, mehrschichtigen Materialien, ultradünner Folie (Verdampfungs- und Kondensationsverfahren im Vakuum), Entwicklung eines Verfahrens zur Metallabscheidung auf Nichtmetall. L. in 1952 created a new alloy SKM (Soviet cuprox copper). direction of tr. - research. structure of electrodeposited alloys, structure and properties of semiconductor. materials, catalyst alloys chem. reactions, textures of metals and alloys, structure and technology of production of microzinc for polygraph. industry, technology of production of bimetals, multilayer materials, ultrathin foil (method of evaporation and condensation in vacuum), development of a method for metal deposition on nonmetal. Создатель нового направления в технологии получения металлов и сплавов, учитывающей влияние малых добавок и примесей на свойства получаемых материалов. Под рук. Л. в 1952 создан новый сплав СКМ (советская купроксная медь).Осн. направление тр. – иссл. структуры элект-роосажденных сплавов, структуры и свойств полупроводн. материалов, сплавов-катализаторов хим. реакций, текстуры металлов и сплавов, структуры и технологии произ-ва микроцинка для полиграф. пром-сти, технологии произ-ва биметаллов, многослойных материалов, ультратонкой фольги (метод испарения и конденсации в вакууме), разработка способа осаждения металла на неметалл.
