WOL Stanislav (1912, Warsaw - 1985, ibid.), Cameraman, film director. In 1930, one of the founders of the T-va of lovers of thin. cinema "Start" in Warsaw. He made his debut in 1931. He graduated from the cinematography department of Techn. schools of photography and cinematography in Paris (1932). Upon returning to Poland, one of the organizers of the Union of Producers of the Short. f. (1933) and the Filmmakers' Cooperative (1935). During the 2nd world. war worked in the owls. cinema, first in Lvov, then in Kiev and Ashgabat. From 1943 in the Cinema avant-garde of the 1st Division of the Polish Army, from 1944 deputy. early to / st. in Lublin, then Krakow and Lodz. Since 1948 prof. Film Institute in Krakow, then film school in Lodz. In 1967-68 prof. School of Arts in Zurich, 1969 - Amer. Film Institute in Hollywood. One of the founders of Int. Ts. Cooperation of film schools (1956), its vice-president (1956–61), gen. secretary of T-va scientific cinema. In the USSR he filmed "Combat Film Collections". Upon his return to Poland, cameraman (1947) and dir. play fiction: “Two Hours” (1948, jointly with Yu. Vyshomirsky), “A Thousand Thalers” (1959), “Three and the Forest” (1962), “New Year's Adventure” (1963). Dir. telet-ra, screenwriter, editor.

Nach seiner Rückkehr nach Polen einer der Organisatoren der Union der Produzenten des Kurzfilms. f. (1933) und die Filmemachergenossenschaft (1935). Während der 2. Welt. Krieg wirkte in den Eulen. Kino, zuerst in Lemberg, dann in Kiew und Aschgabat. Ab 1943 in der Cinema Avantgarde der 1. Division der polnischen Armee, ab 1944 Stellvertreter. früh zu / st. in Lublin, dann Krakau und Lodz. Seit 1948 prof. Filminstitut in Krakau, dann Filmschule in Lodz. In den Jahren 1967-68 prof. Kunsthochschule in Zürich, 1969 - Amer. Filminstitut in Hollywood. Einer der Gründer von Int. Ts. Kooperation der Filmschulen (1956), deren Vizepräsident (1956–61), Gen. Sekretär von T-va Scientific Kino. In der UdSSR drehte er "Combat Film Collections". Nach seiner Rückkehr nach Polen Kameramann (1947) und dir. Spielliteratur: "Zwei Stunden" (1948, gemeinsam mit Yu. Vyshomirsky), "Tausend Taler" (1959), "Drei und der Wald" (1962), "Neujahrsabenteuer" (1963). Dir. Telet-Ra, Drehbuchautor, Herausgeber.

ВОЛЬ Станислав (1912, Варшава – 1985, там же), кинооператор, кинорежиссер. В 1930 один из основателей Т-ва любителей худ. кино «Старт» в Варшаве. Дебютировал в 1931. Окончил операторский ф-т Техн. школы фотографии и кинематографии в Париже (1932). По возвращении в Польшу один из организаторов Союза продюсеров короткометр. ф. (1933) и Кооператива киноавторов (1935). Во время 2-й мир. войны работал в сов. кино, сначала во Львове, затем в Киеве и Ашхабаде. С 1943 в Киноавангарде 1-й Дивизии Войска Польского, с 1944 зам. нач. к/ст. в Люблине, затем Кракове и Лодзи. С 1948 проф. Киноинститута в Кракове, затем киношколы в Лодзи. В 1967—68 проф. Школы иск-в в Цюрихе, в 1969 – Амер. киноинститута в Голливуде. Один из основателей Межд. Ц. сотрудничества киношкол (1956), его вице-президент (1956–61), ген. секретарь Т-ва науч. кино. В СССР снимал «Боевые киносборники». По возвращении в Польшу оператор (1947) и реж. игровых ф.: «Два часа» (1948, совм. с Ю. Вышомирским), «Тысяча талеров» (1959), «Трое и лес» (1962), «Новогоднее приключение» (1963). Реж. телет-ра, сценарист, монтажер.
