SALKOVO, an urban-type settlement (since 1962) in the Gaivoronsky district of the Kirovograd region. (Ukraine). Main at the end. 18th century At 19 - early. 20th century - in the Gaisinsky district. Оставшиеся в С. евреи были депортированы в Хащеватое и там расстреляны.В 2005 в С. имелось еврейское население.
