С 1887 занимался коммерческой деятельностью, открыл аптеку в Яффе.Брат Ф. – Израиль (Люлик) (1865, Севастополь – 1911, Хадера), общественный деятель. Был близок к билуйцам, с кон. 1880-х гг. – в Хадере, организовал посадки эвкалиптов для осушения почвы, пытался создать с.-х. ферму. Умер от малярии.Племянник Ф. (сын Израиля Ф.) – Авшалом (1889, Хадера – 1917), изучал с.-х. науки во Франции, работал на с.-х. станции в Атлите. Во время 1-й мир. войны один из организаторов движения НИЛИ, собирал разведданные для брит. командования. Убит на Синайском п-ве.
