DANILEVSKY Vasily Yakovlevich (1852, Kharkov - 1939, ebenda), Physiologe. Acad. Akademie der Wissenschaften der ukrainischen SSR (1926). Bruder von A.Ya.Danilevsky. Absolvierte (1874) Honig. Fakultät der Kharkov Universität. In den Jahren 1883-1909 und 1917-21 arbeitete er dort (Prof., Leiter der Abteilung für Physiologie). Veranstalter und erster Regisseur. (ab 1910) Charkow-Frauen. Honig. Institut (1921–26 Leiter der Abteilung für Physiologie) sowie Organotherapeutikum. Institut (seit 1927). tr. in Physiologie des Nervensystems, Elektrophysiologie, Endokrinologie und Protistologie. Etabliert (1874) das Vorhandensein von Zentren in der Großhirnrinde, die die Aktivität der Organe der Durchblutung und Atmung regulieren. Einer der Begründer der Enzephalographie war der erste in Russland, der Experimente zur Registrierung von Bioelektrika durchführte. Phänomene in der Großhirnrinde eines Hundes (1876). Zum ersten Mal begann ich physiologisch. das Studium der Hypnose bei Frauen und einer Person, deren Wesen er in der Hemmung freiwilliger Reflexe sah. In den Jahren 1884–96 veröffentlichte er eine Reihe von Arbeiten zur Hämosporidie, inkl. Monographie zum Vergleich. Parasitologie des Blutes. Auth. "Lehrbuch der menschlichen Physiologie" (1929). Joint. mit Bruder DOS. Zeitschrift "Physiological Sat." (1888). Preis der Pariser Akademie der Wissenschaften (1889). Geehrt. Wissenschaftler der ukrainischen SSR. Established (1874) the presence in the cerebral cortex of centers that regulate the activity of the organs of blood circulation and respiration. One of the founders of encephalography was the first in Russia to conduct experiments on registration of bioelectric. phenomena in the cerebral cortex of a dog (1876). For the first time I started physiological. the study of hypnosis in women and humans, the essence of which I saw in the inhibition of voluntary reflexes. In 1884–96 he published a series of works on hemosporidia, incl. monograph on compare. parasitology of blood. Auth. "Textbook of Human Physiology" (1929). ДАНИЛЕВСКИЙ Василий Яковлевич (1852, Харьков – 1939, там же), физиолог. Акад. АН УССР (1926). Брат А.Я.Данилевского. Окончил (1874) мед. ф-т Харьковского ун-та. В 1883–1909 и в 1917–21 работал там же (проф., зав. кафедрой физиологии). Организатор и первый дир. (с 1910) Харьковского жен. мед. ин-та (в 1921–26 зав. кафедрой физиологии), а также Органотерапевтич. ин-та (с 1927).Осн. тр. по физиологии нервной системы, электрофизиологии, эндокринологии и протистологии. Установил (1874) наличие в коре головного мозга центров, регулирующих деятельность органов кровообращения и дыхания. Один из основоположников энцефалографии – первым в России провел опыты по регистрации биоэлектрич. явлений в коре головного мозга собаки (1876). Впервые приступил к физиологич. изучению гипноза у ж-ных и человека, сущность к-рого видел в торможении произвольных рефлексов. В 1884–96 опубликовал серию работ по гемоспоридиям, в т.ч. монографию по сравнит. паразитологии крови. Авт. «Учебника физиологии человека» (1929). Совм. с братом осн. журнал «Физиологический сб.» (1888). Премия Парижской АН (1889). Засл. деятель науки УССР.Соч.: О суммировании электрических раздражителей мышц и двигательных (блуждающих) нервов.
