Актепинской и Фархадской ГЭС (1942–45). С 1946 дир. энергетич. ин-та АН УзбССР, с 1952 возглавлял «Средазгипроводхлопок». В 1956–59 гл. инж. Главголодстепстроя. В 1962–64 нач. управления и чл. коллегии Гос. хлопкок-та СССР. Одноврем. с 1930 преподавал в Ташкентском политехн. ин-те (зав. кафедрой «Гидравлика и гидравлические машины»).Осн. работы связаны с орг-цией водного х-ва, стр-вом гидроэнергетич. и ирригац. сооружений, с комплексным использованием природных ресурсов. Одним из первых начал изучение природных ресурсов Ср. Азии. Автор обзоров состояния энергетики этого региона, способствовал подготовке и изд. многотомного труда «Водоэнергетическая схема Ср. Азии», в работе «Генплан электрификации республик Сред. Азии» впервые предложил техн. решение крупных водохоз. объектов (Нурекская ГЭС, Уч-Курганская ГЭС).
