Vitebsk Ukom RCP (b), späterer Leiter. die Organisationsabteilung des Parteikomitees der Provinz Witebsk; dann an das Belburo des Zentralkomitees der RCP zurückgerufen (b), zum Sekretär ernannt. Bobruisk-Parteikomitee. Bald wurde die Sekretärin. Bobruisk Distriktkomitee von CP (b) B. Auf dem 8. Kongress der KP (b) B (Mai 1924) wurde er in das Zentralkomitee der KP (b) B gewählt; Mitglied des Zentralen Exekutivkomitees der BSSR.

Бунда. В 1915–17 в армии. После Февр. рев-ции 1917 пред. батальонного к-та. В кон. 1918 вступил в РКП(б). С кон. 1919 – зам. уездного прод. комиссара в Себеже. С февр. 1921 – чл., затем секр. Себежского укома РКП(б), одноврем. зав. уездным отделом нар. образования, чл. уездного исполкома и бюро профсоюзов. С авг. 1922 уездный продкомиссар Городокского у., с весны 1923- секр. Витебского укома РКП(б), позже зав. орготделом Витебского губкома партии; затем отозван в Белбюро ЦК РКП(б), назначен секр. Бобруйского укома партии. Вскоре стал секр. Бобруйского окружкома КП(б)Б. На 8-м съезде КП(б)Б (май 1924) избран в ЦК КП(б)Б; член ЦИК БССР.
