Die Abteilung des Instituts für jüdische Kultur an der VUAN war für seine Bibliothek verantwortlich. Nach der Schließung des Instituts im Jahr 1936 lebte er in Birobidschan. Der Autor mehrerer. bibl. Werke: "Leniniana", "Buchproduktion in der UdSSR für 1917-21.", "Verlag. Institut für jüdische Kultur “,„ Empfohlene Listen sozialer und wirtschaftlicher. und dünn.
