АБРАМОВИЧ Александр Владимирович (1900, Одесса – 1988, Кишинев), музыковед. Внук еврейского писателя Менделя Мойхер-Сфорима. Окончил Одесский муз.-театр. ин-т им. Л.Бетховена в 1924, в 1926 – юрид. ф-т Одесского ин-та нар. х-ва. В 1924–30 преподаватель муз. лит-ры и зав. уч. частью муз. курсов. В 1929–41 преподаватель истории музыки в Одесском муз. техникуме, одноврем. с 1930 читал историю музыки в Одесской гос. конс. в 1933–41 зам. дир. по науч. и уч. работе. В 1941–49 преподавал в Иркутском муз. уч-ще и там же был ред. муз. вещания обл. радиок-та. В 1949–70 заведовал кафедрой истории музыки Кишинёвской гос. конс. Ст., опубликованные в моск. сб-ках в 1955–73, посвящены истории муз. культуры Сов. Молдавии и др. проблемам молд. музыки. Чл. Союза комп. Молдавии с 1957. Награжден медалями и поч. грамотами. Дочь – Елена Александровна А. – музыковед и преподаватель истории музыки.
