Их влияние на экон. развитие страны» (т.1, СПб., 1898–1901) и «Торгово-пром. кризис в России и в Зап. Европе» (1902–04). Книги насыщены фактич. материалом, в них отстаивается идея гос. политики по привлечению иностр. капиталов для развития рос. экономики. В отличие от нек-рых его оппонентов-марксистов, считал кризис в целом неизбежным и благоприятным для России экон. явлением, объективным регулятором экон. развития. Критиковал «индексологию» за формализацию, искусственность тестов и пр.
