К теории колебаний и гидроаэроупругости относятся «Нелинейная динамика пластинок и оболочек» (1972) и «Оболочки в потоке жидкости и газа» (т. 1–2 соответственно, задачи аэроупругости и гидроупругости, 1976–79). В. занимался проблемами биомеханики. Участвовал в подготовке уч. курса сопротивления материалов (1953—54) и сб. задач по этому курсу (1984).
