Orthodox, unterzeichnet 1844 gegen die Rb.-Versammlung, jedoch aufgeschlossen für punktuelle Kultusveränderungen. Juli 1845 Vorsitzender der badischen Rb.-Versammlung. Korrespondent des Kabbalisten Seckel Wormser in Michelstadt.";
