Dienstprüfung für Rabbinatskandidaten in Tübingen. 1909/10 Rabbinatsverweser in Breisach, 1911 Landesrb. in Hoppstädten-Birkenfeld, Oldenburg, 1915 Rb. in Buchau am Federsee, April 1916-1927 Rb. in Ulm. Mitglied im ADR. Mit seiner Ehefrau Alice, geb. Nördlinger, hatte er zwei Söhne. Starb an einem Herzinfarkt.
