1923-1933 in Danzig auf Verlangen der Orthodoxen in der Gemeinde Dajan mit dem Ansehen eines Rabbiners amtierte in der Mattenbuden-Synagoge. „In Raw Segalowitsch hatten die Orthodoxen in Danzig einen religiösen Führer mit großem jüdischen Wissen und gründlicher talmudischer Schulung. Den in der ‚Misrachi’ vereinigten zionistischen Teilen der Orthodoxie war er ein beredter Wortführer. Auf seinen Einfluß war es zurückzuführen, daß in Danzig in den 20er Jahren die Misrachi-Weltkonferenz und mehrere Kongresse jüdischer Jugendorganisationen stattfanden“ (S. Echt, S. 102). 1932 führten interne Streitigkeiten zu seiner Entlassung. 1933 OR in Belgien, 1937 Emigration in die USA. Seit Aug. 1899 verheiratet mit Bluma Borishanski (1878-1965), aus Staryye Zhirmony bei Uzda, Weißrußland.
