Volodymyr-Volyns’kyi (Ludmir) in Wolhynien, kam ca. 1847 nach Preußen und war Schächter in Koronowo (Polnisch-Krone), wo 85 Fam. lebten\n1848 von der Reg. Bromberg als Rb. bestätigt. Wegen seiner reaktionären Haltung zur Revolutionszeit kommt es zu Zerwürfnissen mit der Gemeinde\nnach Beleidigungsprozeß gegen Rb. H. Hirschfeld in Wolsztyn (Wollstein) und elfmonatiger Abwesenheit vom Ort wird er entlassen. Um 1853 Rb. und Schächter für die 25 jüd. Familien in Gorzów Œląski (Landsberg in Oberschlesien). Hält sich nach 1856 meist in Berlin auf, geriert sich gegenüber der preuß. Regierung und den polnischen Rabbinern als Bevollmächtigter der Orthodoxie, deren Anführer ihn jedoch desavouieren. 1858 polizeiliche Ausweisung aus Berlin und Rückkehr nach Schlesien, wo er noch um 1864 amtierte.";
