Um 1816 „Rabbi- Stellvertreter“ in Písečné (Piesling), Mähren, leitet dort ein Lehrhaus, das 1819 von einer Feuersbrunst zerstört wird. 1820 wiederum geschädigt durch einen Brand in Česká Lípa (Böhmisch-Leipa), Nordböhmen, wo er nach 1823 für einige Jahre das Rt. ausübt. Als substituierender Rakonitzer Kreisrb. erlangt er am 19. Mai 1826 einen Dispens von den akademischen Studien und wird am 4. Mai 1827 ernannt zum Prachiner Kreisrb. in Březnice, welche Stelle aber schon 1833 anderweitig besetzt wird. - Ein L. F. ist ferner ab 1843 als Rb. in Švihov (Schwihau) in Westböhmen bezeugt\nab 1860 wird der Name des dortigen Ortsrb. mit Simon F. angegeben. In einem Dokument aus dem Jahr 1866 wird der „alte Rebbe Fürth“ erwähnt.";
