Okt. 1933 bis 1938 Rb. und Leiter der jüdischen Schule „Hachscharath Zwi“ in Halberstadt\n1936 Bewerber in Altona\nNov. 1938 Verbringung ins KZ Buchenwald\nDez. 1938 Emigration nach Palästina\nbetätigte sich als Geschäftsmann und erteilte in der deutschen Immigrantengemeinde „Adat Shivat Tsion“ talmudischen Unterricht. Verh. mit Recha Meyer. Besuchte nach der Shoah als erstes Mitglied der ehemaligen Gemeinde Halberstadt, setzte sich u. a. für die Erhaltung der jüdischen Friedhöfe ein und veranlaßte die Überführung des Gemeindearchivs und des Memorbuchs nach Jerusalem.";
