- Gest. Anfang 1808 in Warendorf, Fsm. MünsterSohn des Münsterischen Hoffaktors und Landrabbiners Michael Meyer Breslauer, von seinem Vater zum Nachfolger bestimmt. Nach dessen Tod läßt er sich am 17. Nov. 1789 von Löb Scheyer in Düsseldorf eine Hattara senden, die aber nicht alle Vorsteher überzeugt. Die Wahlversammlung in Telgte am 24. Nov. 1789 gibt ihm mit 50 gegen 34 Stimmen das Amt als Landesrb. des Fsms. Münster, mit Sitz in.Warendorf, am 11. März 1790 wurde er vom Kurfürsten bestätigt.
