[1732] Rb. in Fordon, Großpolen, 1752 Rb. der westlichen Danziger Vorstadtgemeinden Stare Szkoty, Winnica (Weinberg) und Wrzeszcz (Langfuhr), Leiter einer wichtigen Jeschiwa. Infolge der 1. polnischen Teilung (1772) wählen ihn die westpreußischen Gemeinden 1778 zu ihrem Landesrb.
